Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ashé, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using Ashé on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for that company. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Ashé is a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents that interact with your customers across multiple channels. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the product.

You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under it. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

You agree not to use Ashé to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, distribute malware, harass or deceive people, or build agents that impersonate a person without disclosure. You’re responsible for the agents you create and the messages they send, and for complying with the rules of any third-party channel you connect (such as WhatsApp, SMS, or email) and applicable messaging and consent laws.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the agents you build. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and deliver your content in order to run the service — including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate responses. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you provide and for how you use your customers’ data.

Ashé uses AI to generate responses. AI can make mistakes or produce inaccurate output. You’re responsible for reviewing and configuring your agents appropriately, and for any decisions made based on their output. Ashé is a tool, not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Ashé integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, such as Twilio, Google, Shopify, HubSpot, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

You can stop using Ashé and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ashé is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashé and its team won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product and our legal obligations evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Ashé after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
